Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care for residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and serving meals
  • Maintaining clean living conditions for residents
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reports and records
  • Performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
