About the Position

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in decision-making and professional development opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need a current Indiana Registered Nurse License, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and CPR certification or must obtain at next available class upon hire. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a typical hospital clinical environment, with frequent standing and walking. You may be required to float to other departments based on hospital census, and occasional extended hours, holidays, and weekends may be necessary.
