Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in collaboration with physician orders.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
