Job Summary: As a Field Service Engineer at Prosum, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional field service engineering activities to our valued customers. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex products and issues, as well as providing critical maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to drive results.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to customers over the phone, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Handle emergency situations with speed and professionalism, prioritizing customer needs.
  • Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair Prosum products, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on Prosum products to uphold their performance and reliability.
  • Establish and oversee a reliable local maintenance service for Prosum customers, ensuring seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in field service engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, as required.

Salary Range: $87,500 - $93,500
