Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Semiconductor Field Service Engineers to provide exceptional service and support. This role involves working with advanced equipment and requires a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough chamber wet cleans.
  • Efficiently remove chamber kits and fore lines.
  • Safely perform purging of gas and liquid lines.
  • Execute pump purging of gas lines.
  • Flush drains and eliminate residual liquids.
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines as necessary.
  • Carry out complete tool shutdown procedures.
  • Power down all systems and related components.
  • Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and customer protocols.
  • Engage in daily pre-task planning with clients.
  • Document all decontamination activities using a detailed checklist.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of decontamination projects.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, including LOTO and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Qualifications:

Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of decontamination, installation, and deinstallation processes on 300mm OEM equipment.

Minimum of 5 years of direct OEM experience with:

  • ASM Eagle
  • ASM XP8
Physical Requirements:

The role may require walking up to 5 miles daily, standing for 8-10 hours, and performing physical activities such as bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in confined spaces, and working at heights. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate ranges from $35 to $55, depending on experience.
