Club Director Opportunity at Anytime Fitness

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals? Do you have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Club Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the club, including membership sales, personal training, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive club growth and revenue
  • Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with district and regional managers to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of management and/or personal training experience
  • Sales experience preferred, or willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • Personal training and CPR/AED certifications required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season
