Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and engaging communication.
  • Assist guests with registration and accommodation arrangements, accommodating special requests when feasible.
  • Facilitate check-in and check-out processes efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
  • Manage guest messages and communications.
  • Handle reservations, including pre-registration and same-day bookings, adhering to pricing structures and promotional strategies.
  • Address guest complaints and provide information related to services, events, local attractions, and more.
  • Assist in resolving billing issues.
  • Process cancellations following established procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • A college degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Exhibit a polished appearance and a strong sense of style, appreciating quality design.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide outstanding and attentive customer service.
  • Possess a resourceful mindset, capable of devising solutions to challenges as they arise.

Compensation: $20-20 Hourly Wage
