Your Role:

The Quality Assurance Specialist for Employee Benefits plays a crucial role in ensuring the precision and overall excellence of our benefit offerings through our HRIS platform.

This position entails conducting meticulous reviews, audits, and evaluations of benefit plans and processes to pinpoint discrepancies, errors, or areas for enhancement.

Collaboration with various teams, including HR, benefits administration, and systems management, is essential to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in our benefit offerings.

A keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of benefits regulations are vital for success in this position.

Your Responsibilities:

Utilize client documentation to verify benefit information and generate Client Benefit Election Statements (CBES) based on the validation.


Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of benefit plans and procedures using our internal benefit system to uncover inconsistencies, errors, or compliance challenges.


Work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate the quality and accuracy of benefit program documentation, including plan documents, summary plan descriptions, enrollment materials, and communication resources.

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, standards, and guidelines to ensure uniformity and precision in benefit plan management.

Perform data analysis and validation to confirm the accuracy of benefit enrollment, eligibility, and related data.

Collaborate with the benefits administration team to resolve identified issues and implement corrective measures.

Assist in addressing benefit and system-related challenges.

Summarize findings, trends, and recommendations pertaining to benefit quality assurance.

Maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance activities, audit results, and corrective actions taken.

Ensure the HRIS system adheres to organizational quality standards in preparation for the annual Open Enrollment period.

Your Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Previous experience in benefits administration, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field is highly preferred.

A strong grasp of benefit plan design and administration.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to detect discrepancies and errors in benefit programs and documentation.

Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or benefits administration systems such as PrismHR.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with data analysis techniques and experience in data validation is advantageous.

Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is beneficial.

Professional certifications in benefits administration, compliance, or quality assurance (e.g., CEBS, CQC) are a plus.
