We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to oversee the production of rubber tracks at our Milan, TN facility. This role offers a unique opportunity for an entry-level engineer to make a significant impact in a growing industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the manufacturing process of rubber tracks, including:

  • Process Oversight: Lead the setup and continuous improvement of the rubber track manufacturing process.
  • Quality Control: Develop and execute QC protocols to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Rubber Mixing: Supervise the rubber mixing process to meet specific performance and quality standards.
  • Lab Work: Perform and oversee lab testing of rubber compounds and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
  • Knowledge or experience in rubber manufacturing, QC, or materials science is a plus but not required.
