We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients based on departmental standards and conduct thorough assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs to improve patient function and mobility, utilizing a range of therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and participate in educational programs to enhance professional development.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to insurance guidelines and departmental policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S. degree.
- Current licensure in Physical Therapy in Connecticut.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple work sites.
