We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Job Summary:The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Conduct physical therapy sessions, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery and improve functional ability.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, attending continuing education courses and workshops as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current licensure in physical therapy in the state of Connecticut.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
