Position Title:
Sales Engineer for Technical Solutions

Compensation Range:
$100,700 - $134,300 (USCORE)

Compensation will be determined based on individual experience, skills, and qualifications.

Additional variable pay may offer further financial incentives. This role is eligible for participation in the company's annual incentive program.

Location:
Preferred remote location within the central region of the designated territory
Northeast US Territory, spanning from Virginia to Maine.

Key Responsibilities:


Ensure a commitment to a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and federal and state OSHA regulations.

This role will provide support to four facilities that produce flexographic preprinted liner.
Functions as both a Technical Advisor for box manufacturing facilities and a Sales Consultant for third-party clients.

Responsibilities encompass profitable business growth, implementing value propositions with key clients, surpassing financial targets, and delivering timely insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate closely with the Preprint Sales Manager to formulate and execute strategic account plans that drive profitable sales growth.

Establish a competitive edge for the company, leading to the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.

Possess a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, customer expectations, and organizational strengths that yield superior solutions and services, distinguishing International Paper in the marketplace.

Work in partnership with box sales representatives, customer service, manufacturing, and design teams to address technical challenges at both the production facilities and the end customers.


Required Skills:
Demonstrated history of exceptional field customer technical service experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Packaging Science preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic sales or corrugated box manufacturing preferred.
Willingness to travel 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including some overnight travel.
