Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, virtualization, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Implement and administer virtualization solutions, such as VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware and VDI.
  • Experience with SAN technologies, including Isilon, Nimble, and Data Domain.
  • Proficiency in computing technologies, including Dell Servers and Cisco Servers.
  • Medium knowledge of container technologies, including Azure Stack, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux administration, including Windows Server 2012 and newer and Redhat/RHEL.
  • Light knowledge of Linux administration, IIS and PHP deployments, and Puppet technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IIS deployments and functionality, including web hosting and web development.
  • Knowledge of PHP,.NET, and other code languages, including Powershell and BASH.
  • Understanding of hardware requirements for application deployments, including single-thread and hyper-thread applications.
