Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and monitor rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies
  • Leverage knowledge of Formulary positions in Health Plans to assist with analyst validations and impact assessments
  • Maintain and update NCPDP and Part B rosters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years' proven experience in rebate management, GTN (Gross to Net), or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience with Formulary position analysis and Managed Care processes
  • Experience with Vistex SAP contract pricing and rebate maintenance preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, rebate agreements, and financial reporting
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
