Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to manage our on-premises IT infrastructure. This full-time role is pivotal to our operations, providing a pathway for professional growth as the organization evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily support for Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office, various web browsers, Wi-Fi and LAN TCP/IP connections, Remote Access, VPN, file sharing, and printer services.
  • Oversee the management of company POS iPads, including imaging, updates, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize imaging tools for the deployment of computers and laptops; conduct hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.
  • Enhance the department's technical knowledge base and procedural documentation.
  • Provide support for mobile device setup, including Wi-Fi, email, and general usage.
  • Assist with Active Directory administration tasks, including user account management and password updates.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and interruptions while adhering to deadlines.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Proficient knowledge of:
    • Desktop and laptop hardware
    • Windows 10, 11 & Server 2019, 2022 operating systems
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Client printers and network copiers
    • Apple iPad and other mobile devices
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT equipment and technical support operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with hardware, software, applications, networks, and related systems.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and knowledge of maintenance tools for IT equipment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to make informed decisions and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Experience with coding and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation purposes.
  • Knowledge of website performance optimization and basic SEO principles.
  • Understanding of database management and basic SQL queries.
  • Exposure to e-Commerce platforms or web-based application support.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience with QuickBase, including its usage, customization, and application design.
  • Ability to develop and maintain QuickBase applications to streamline business processes.
