Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician Representative to join our team at Mindlance. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of medication orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and retrieve appropriate medications from inventory
  • Verify quantities and prepare labels for bottles
  • Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription-based programs
  • Select appropriate packing materials and prepare packages for shipment
  • Perform tasks that require walking, standing, and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing up to 35 pounds, as well as repetitive pulling of prescriptions
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Valid CA Pharmacy Technician license required
  • Basic math skills and general PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience working on your feet in a physical role and ability to lift up to 35-pound packages
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times
  • Willingness and ability to learn internal systems and processes as needed
Non-Negotiable Skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience with pulling and packing medication
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality (8:30am - 5:30pm)
