About the Role

This is a hybrid role that involves working with children and adolescents in an outpatient care setting. As a licensed therapist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to patients suffering from various mental health issues.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A master's degree in counseling or a related field
  • A valid LPC or LCSW license in the State of Texas
  • Experience working with child and adolescent populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
