The Equity and Compensation Specialist will become a vital member of CLEAR's Total Rewards team, contributing to the oversight and execution of CLEAR's compensation framework.
Your role will be essential in the daily operations by providing insights on job offers and performing salary assessments utilizing market intelligence and internal evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the People team to ensure that compensation offers and practices align with CLEAR's compensation philosophy.
Support the administration of CLEAR's equity platform (Fidelity), which includes updating monthly reports, managing the distribution of monthly grants, and overseeing vesting transactions.
Generate reports that furnish management with insights into HR metrics and guarantee the timely creation and dissemination of established periodic reports.
Work alongside the Senior Compensation Manager to assess and analyze salary data, delivering regular comprehensive reports on competitive analysis.
Assist in maintaining Workday Compensation Modules, which encompass grade and grade profiles, employee salary data, monthly stock value updates, and compensation plan assignment audits.
Provide analytical support for quarterly and annual incentive plan budgets and review the company-wide annual bonus plan, collaborating with the Finance team for bonus accruals.

Data Analysis Accuracy:
Proficiency in accurately gathering, analyzing, and interpreting compensation and other HR data.
Timeliness of Deliverables:
Capability to complete essential tasks and projects punctually; effective time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in comprehensive compensation practices is preferred.
Experience across various compensation domains, including job matching, market pricing, incentive compensation, equity operations and administration, and job architecture.
Advanced Excel capabilities with the ability to conceptualize and develop repeatable models.Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to organize information for Senior Leadership.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, contingent on skills and experience levels.This salary range reflects the low and high end of CLEAR's compensation structure for this role.
Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
The listed range is just one aspect of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees, with additional rewards potentially including annual bonuses, commissions, and Restricted Stock Units.
