Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a store environment that reflects genuine enthusiasm for the brand, motivating team members to act as brand ambassadors.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge and the implementation of Pandora's specialized selling techniques are utilized in all customer interactions.
- Achieve and surpass personal and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Inspire and guide a sales team to take ownership of both individual and collective store objectives.
- Support a high-performance sales atmosphere that consistently exceeds customer expectations and delivers outstanding shopping experiences.
- Complete training on Pandora products to effectively drive sales.
- Stay informed about current product launches and promotions, and support company initiatives.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through effective engagement and relationship-building.
- Provide immediate coaching and feedback to enhance KPI achievement.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, engaging in team selling and role-playing to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain vigilance regarding customer interactions to ensure a premier shopping experience and mitigate loss prevention risks.
- Learn and assist in executing assigned responsibilities related to talent management, brand representation, operations, and customer experience to ensure timely execution of visual merchandising and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment or a similar brand is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels.
- Understanding of retail mathematics and key performance indicators.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in coaching teams to achieve high performance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (over 30 minutes).
- Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About Pandora NAM: The Pandora team in the USA consists of over 115 employees at the hub office, more than 80 in the Logistics Center, an additional 100 in field roles, and over 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. We have also recently established an office in a prominent location and are actively recruiting top talent.
Currently, the USA represents Pandora's largest market, encompassing over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 150 being owned and operated by Pandora.
