  10. Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, engaging in team selling and role-playing to maximize sales opportunities.
  11. Maintain vigilance regarding customer interactions to ensure a premier shopping experience and mitigate loss prevention risks.
  12. Learn and assist in executing assigned responsibilities related to talent management, brand representation, operations, and customer experience to ensure timely execution of visual merchandising and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment or a similar brand is preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels.
  4. Understanding of retail mathematics and key performance indicators.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  6. Experience in coaching teams to achieve high performance.
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  8. Must be at least 18 years old.
  9. Ability to stand for extended periods (over 30 minutes).
  10. Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  11. Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
