As a Ski Equipment Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and Grand Owners by storing their winter sports equipment overnight and long-term. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and check out guest and owner skis and snowboards
  • Provide superior service to our customers at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the storage space
  • Communicate with fellow team members on storage concerns and mis-labeled equipment
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
