Pure Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring maximum occupancy levels and property values.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other relevant laws.
- Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to provide necessary funds, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
- Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and inform property owners as necessary.
- Participate in application approval process, assist owners with questions/explanations concerning financial statements, and ensure lease files are complete.
- Maintain records of management activity, physically inspect properties as needed, and ensure security deposit dispositions are accurate.
- Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, and shop competition to stay aware of neighborhood market conditions.
- Show available properties to prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease renewal process.
- Real Estate License in TX
- Driver's License in TX
- 2 years of Residential Property Management Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
- General knowledge of Property Management software

Pay Range: $60,000 To $64,000 Annually
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
