Remediation Contractor Job Description

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Remediation Contractor to manage and implement property damage remediation across our wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement property damage remediation projects
  • Work closely with project managers to understand remediation needs and expectations
  • Meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates
  • Schedule and coordinate work crews to carry out remediation projects
  • Manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects
  • Ensure that all remediation work is carried out to Superior's high standards of quality and safety
  • Monitor and report on progress of remediation projects to clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in property repair and remediation
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Have all your own tools and reliable transportation
  • Live currently in the U.S
