Concept Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and equipment installations for our clients. You will also be expected to achieve continuous systems and technology skillset advancements through formal and self-initiated methods aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you will publish documentation for client specific setups and procedures, investigate and remediate monitoring platform alerts, and work one of three shifts at our Nashville office. You will also be part of an on-call rotation five to six times a year. To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of IT experience, help desk or call center experience preferred, experience with Microsoft 365, remote desktop support, active directory and exchange, patch management, advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets (Android & iOS), professional appearance & demeanor, and reliable transportation.
