We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director III to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and corporate policies.
- Financial Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance and Accounting team, including direction, planning, and execution of financial activities.
- Business Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including Resort Operations leaders, corporate executives, and external stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and decision support to business leaders, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related major.
- Experience: 6-8 years of related work experience in finance and accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including financial modeling and forecasting tools.
