The Patient Navigator position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a full-time, onsite Patient Navigator to join our dedicated team at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility in Westerville, Ohio. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care and facilitate coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize personalized patient treatment plans
  • Consult with new patients to review and educate them on treatment processes, timelines, and required testing
  • Develop treatment plans, including timelines, education sessions, injection training, medication orders, and clinic appointments
  • Facilitate coordination between departments such as financial, embryology, and genetics to ensure comprehensive patient care plans
  • Communicate with patients in person, via phone or virtual platforms, and through secure portals to arrange pre-cycle testing, treatment plans, lab results, and medication instructions
Position Requirements:
  • Education & Certification:
    • Bachelor's degree or certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
    • ACLS/BLS certification is preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, patient navigation, case management, or a related healthcare role
    • OB/GYN or reproductive healthcare experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software
    • Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $25-$28 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
