About the Position

This exciting role is available in our Westerville location, offering a chance to work with patients from birth to 21 years old, as well as select adult patients. Our team provides age-appropriate care and services, utilizing standardized measures and clinical observations to identify patient strengths and deficits.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Ohio License in Speech Pathology, and Certification in Speech Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Previous pediatric experience is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations; identifies patient's strengths and deficits; establishes goals; and develops an individualized treatment plan incorporating patient and family needs.
  • Administers therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits to provide optimal development, function, and independence; utilizes developmental activities and other treatment techniques to meet each patient's specific needs and achieve therapy goals; observes progress and/or changes in patient's condition and modifies treatment plan accordingly.
  • Educates patients/parents/caregivers on treatment goals and therapy plan; instructs on therapeutic activities to follow at home; documents instruction; and evaluates ongoing compliance and understanding.

**Estimated Salary:** $83,000 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
