About the Role:

The Center for Family Health and Education seeks an exceptional Technical Service Representative to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA security rules are followed.
  • Analyze user history and make recommendations to improve system performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, VOIP Systems, and automation scripting languages.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience considered).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of Windows servers, Active Directory, and VOIP Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and automation scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:

$62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
