Job Summary:

Accelerate360 is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Akron, OH. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and replenishing checkout and newsstand shelves in local grocery and superstores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Accelerate360 in the field, working with retailers and service partners to ensure stores are merchandised properly and inventory is handled appropriately.
  • Safely clean, straighten, stock, maintain shelves, change products, and assemble shelves/racks and display cases following schematics.
  • Assist in increasing sales for retail partners through correct product handling and excellent customer service attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Active Smartphone or mobile device.
  • Proficient with using system applications to report work hours/business data.
  • Reliable Transportation to service assigned accounts.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – verbal & written.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Professional behavior and attire in accordance with company policy.
  • Adherence to attendance and all other company policies.
  • Valid ID for Proof of Employment Eligibility.
  • Work will be physical in nature, including standing for long periods and lifting to 50 pounds.
