Requirements
  • Experience: 12+ months of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills. Ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows. Strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday. Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
