Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role involves both field sales and in-office activities, fostering a strong connection with our branch and the overall company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a sales territory within the Houston area.
  • Engage in 70% cold calls and 30% account management.
  • Call on small to mid-size businesses, specifically targeting restaurants.
  • Meet with decision-makers including chefs, business owners, and general managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and address any issues.
  • Manage invoicing and collections.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry is a must.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with industry knowledge who wish to transition into sales.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and selling.
  • High School Education Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
