Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Choctaw Landing. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks in a thoughtful and attentive manner, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
  • Answer questions from patrons about menu items and ingredients, and take steps to ensure that guests with dietary restrictions are accommodated.
  • Help to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including busing tables and restocking supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, including wait staff, managers, and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Promote current casino events and programs to guests, and provide directions to other areas of the casino as needed.
  • Perform regular closing tasks, including side work, setup, and maintaining station cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions and handle cash responsibly.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Previous server or wait staff experience is preferred.
