Broadmead, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients and coordinate office scheduling
  • Collect patient co-pays and maintain accurate records
  • Take vitals and room patients as needed
  • Answer phone calls and communicate messages to nurses and clinicians
  • Reply to emails and maintain electronic medical records
  • Provide residents with referral information and assist with outpatient healthcare correspondence
  • Purchase and maintain supplies for outpatient healthcare
  • Support medication process and durable medical equipment process
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma with at least 3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Current CPR Certification and Maryland certification as a Medical Assistant
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and phone etiquette
