The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the clinical patient care delivery of identified areas of responsibility at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. This role will manage human, fiscal, and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the clinical patient care delivery of identified areas of responsibility.
- Manage human, fiscal, and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.
- Develop and administer sound policies, procedures, budgets, and clinical practices.
- Provide effective leadership to assigned staff and maintain effective contacts with patients, families, physicians, and community.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical operations and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- At least five (5) years of progressive clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Relevant licensure and certifications as required by the state of Maryland.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Additional education may be substituted for some of the experience.
