  • Engage with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Support Customer Service with various sales-related inquiries.
  • Work alongside internal teams to facilitate customer projects.
  • Address sales inquiries from various channels using suitable methods.
  • Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in and present at customer and internal meetings as required.

Qualifications and Educational Background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering is preferred; relevant industry experience may be considered.
  • Willingness to travel across North America is crucial.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
