Job Summary

Larson Maddox is seeking a highly skilled Fair Lending Compliance Officer to join its team. As a key member of the compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the bank's fair lending practices are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fair lending policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Regulation B, HMDA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external auditors to ensure fair lending practices are in place and effective.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and exceptions that may indicate fair lending concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on fair lending policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fair lending laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in implementing or enhancing fair lending programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Windows-based systems.
