Job Summary

AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services in schools in Providence, Rhode Island. The BCBA will supervise the daily operations of programs offered to students with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of behavior intervention plans and instructional programs for students in both general education and specialized settings.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of behavioral programs, including data analysis, curriculum modifications, and instructional strategies.
  • Work with IEP team members to develop goals, interpret assessment data, guide evaluations, and provide expert input.
  • Conduct training sessions for teachers, teacher assistants, and support staff in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavior-based methodologies.
  • Serve as a member of the school district's CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) team and become a certified CPI instructor.
  • Ensure continuity of services during the extended school year by collaborating with teachers and overseeing program implementation.
  • Supervise data collection, monitor student progress, and use assessment tools to adjust interventions as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the evaluation team, parents, and teachers, providing updates and recommendations for student behavior plans.
  • Travel to various school sites, maintain regular contact with classroom teachers, and provide ongoing guidance.
