We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at TGI Friday's Concourse T location in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting a positive first impression of our brand, ensuring a smooth Guest dining experience, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly and ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
  • Promptly answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
  • Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, providing accurate wait times if necessary.
  • Entertain Guests with Fun, Food, and Beverage, and tend to special Guest needs and requests.
  • Follow all relevant brand standards for service, Food, Beverage, and Experience.
