Job Overview

EON Applications, Inc. is a leader in Business Solution Software, seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential support to our Recruiting and Applicant Tracking software unit, requiring strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining travel schedules for sales and management teams, taking detailed notes during staff meetings and vendor meetings, and managing small projects such as sales events, meetings, and trade shows. Additionally, you will create new documents or presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, assist with projects as needed, and proofread social media posts.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, receptionist, or similar roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology, including computers, tablets, smartphones, and have strong skill levels in Microsoft Office and Office365/Outlook. A pleasant, positive attitude towards customers and other company employees is essential.
