Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales who will lead our sales team to success in a fully remote environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and achieves our monthly origination targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Communication: Present insights and results to our leadership team and represent the Sales department in strategic planning sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience and Skills:- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership within real estate, mortgage, or a related industry.
- Proven expertise in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fully remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to track and measure metrics, forecast performance, create reports, and present data to leadership.
- Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce reporting.
The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 per year, split between a base salary and a performance-based compensation structure. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including premium healthcare plans, flexible PTO, and parental leave.
