Shift: 2nd (3:30 PM to Midnight)

Reporting To: Production Manager
Role Overview:
As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the development of high-quality security products that safeguard vital assets. This position involves hands-on engagement with advanced tools and robotics, ensuring precision and quality in every assembly task.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mechanically inclined individuals with a strong attention to detail and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we believe in nurturing the potential of our team members through comprehensive training.
- Basic math and computer skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Team-oriented individuals who excel in a collaborative environment and are capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Effective communicators who enhance team dynamics and contribute to productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting work orders to accurately assemble and package security products according to specific guidelines.
- Utilizing various machinery and tools to produce items that meet our quality criteria.
- Working closely with team leaders to synchronize production efforts with timelines, ensuring efficient output.
- Managing materials and equipment proactively, maintaining inventory levels for seamless operations.
- Conducting thorough quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively participating in team meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall performance.
