Role Overview:
In this engaging position, you will receive specialized training to excel in the assembly of our high-security lock and key products. You will ensure that each component adheres to our stringent standards for functionality and craftsmanship, directly contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic mathematics, reading, and writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and consistency.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to move across various workstations.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interpret work orders to assemble and package products according to exact specifications.
- Operate various machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to synchronize production with scheduled targets.
- Manage material flow within the cell to ensure continuous production.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of production activities, maintenance, and quality issues.
- Inventory tools and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.
- Uphold quality control standards, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and communicating effectively with leadership.
- Aim to meet and exceed performance standards post-training.
- Actively engage in team meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.
- Assume additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of production centers and support areas.
- Normal vision range; ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
