Shift: 2nd (3:30 PM to Midnight)
Employment Status: Full-Time
Reports To: Production Manager
Become a vital member of our manufacturing team as an Assembly Team Member, contributing to the creation of essential security solutions for various sectors, including industry and government. This role offers a hands-on experience with advanced tools and robotics, enabling you to produce high-quality security products.

Ideal Candidates:
- Mechanically inclined individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we offer comprehensive training to all team members.
- A detail-oriented approach with basic math and computer skills to ensure precision in all tasks.
- Team-oriented individuals who excel in a collaborative environment and can handle tasks requiring occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Effective communicators who foster a positive team atmosphere, enhancing productivity and innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Interpreting work orders to accurately assemble and package security products according to specifications.
- Utilizing various machinery and tools to produce items that meet our quality standards.
- Working closely with team leaders to synchronize production efforts with schedules for timely output.
- Managing materials and equipment effectively, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations within your production area.
- Conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in team meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall performance.
