**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable case and GP growth among our Sales Consultants. If you have experience in the foodservice industry and possess excellent management skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of growing profitable sales and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Key responsibilities include managing the performance and development of Sales Consultants, engaging in one-on-one coaching, and leading district meetings to drive sales.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School education and at least 2 years' experience in the foodservice industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience is preferred. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with stakeholders, and superb organizational and project management skills.

Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
