Job Title: Automotive Technical Support Specialist

Questar is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Team.

As an experienced Technical Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch technical assistance for our software and hardware products.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering expert guidance, and contributing to the overall customer support experience.

You will work closely with R&D, engineering, customer operation, IT, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify solutions to network, software, and hardware issues our customers encounter.
  • Deeply understand customer processes and usability of our services.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to our software and hardware products.
  • Prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of our software and hardware products, features, updates, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain the center knowledge & write training materials.
  • Properly escalate and analyze unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer in a global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a software and hardware company.
  • Fluent English & Spanish.
  • Experience in working the Automotive/Fleet management industry - big advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
