Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Hyper Wellness Representative at Restore Hyper Wellness. As the face of our location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our innovative wellness services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist clients with booking, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments, as well as facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships, educating clients on the benefits and features of our services.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
  • Represent the Restore brand by embodying our core values and mission, and serving as an expert on our products and services.
  • Create a fun and engaging store culture by recognizing and valuing the contributions of team members.
Requirements
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a strong desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Hold or be working towards a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
