POSITION SUMMARY:This role is essential for driving retail sales growth and enhancing store profitability by managing the sales area and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. It embodies the NAPA culture and supports NAPA's position as the leading parts supplier in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Foster strong relationships with NAPA clientele.
  • Manage the annual store evaluation process.
  • Align all communications with the company's mission and vision.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store.
  • Implement ePlanogram updates within the point-of-sale system.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate completion of ePlanogram updates.
  • Ensure all pricing labels are current and accurate.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
  • GED preferred.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cataloging tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and self-motivate.
  • Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Able to lift merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Competent in moving heavy equipment using appropriate aids.
  • Effective verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
