Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and assist guests with their needs both in-person and online, including inquiries about room bookings, rates, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Welcome guests, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute keys and room assignments, and securely handle credit card information.

Maintain accurate records:
Ensure that guest information is up-to-date and correct.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping to confirm that guest rooms are prepared.
  • Address customer complaints as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
