Licensed Bilingual Mental Health Clinician

South Coast Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Bilingual TBS Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to children and youth aged 0-21 with serious emotional challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one mental health services to children and youth, including assessment, psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention.
- Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with outside agencies, such as Probation Departments, Schools, and County Behavioral Health Services, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and family sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping skills.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to clients and families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group and family therapy skills.
- Must be Bilingual.
- Licensure, Registration, Certification: PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT, Active registration with the California BBS or Board of Psychology as Registered Psychologist.
- Valid CA driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Completion of CPR/First Aid within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle without restrictions, often in heavy traffic and frequently long distances.
- Senses of vision, hearing, and smell sufficient to regularly operate a motor vehicle and to visualize threats in the environment or risks to clients.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of 10-20 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, climb stairs, and walk while in route to and during family visits.
