Licensed Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team at Wombat Mental Health Services, LCSW PC. As a Licensed Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients, including individual and group counseling, clinical intake/evaluation, crisis intervention, and clinical case management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Mental Health Services: Provide individual and group counseling, clinical intake/evaluation, crisis intervention, and clinical case management to clients.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Develop treatment plans that address the collaborative clinical goals of clinician and client and document treatment progress notes.
- Provide Crisis Counseling: Provide crisis counseling/intervention to clients and their social networks.
- Build Caseload: Build a caseload with a goal of averaging 30 hours of billable services delivered per week.
- Provide Behavioral Health Referrals: Provide behavioral health referrals, advocacy, and service information to clients and their support systems.
- Expand Community-Based Resources: Identify and expand use of community-based resources and referrals to facilitate higher-level services for patients with greater need than WMHS can directly provide.
- Document Services: Document services in EHR and/or other charting and data collection systems as appropriate.
- Adhere to Professional Standards: Adhere to all applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards of behavioral health practice in the provision of services.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- License: Licensed Clinician (LC) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in mental health services.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic health records.
