About the Job

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week after licensure in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect an understanding of patients' age and situation, including discharge planning
  • Revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations
Additional Responsibilities
  • Complete minimum 4 initiatives from the clinical ladder application for Advanced Clinician role
  • Complete minimum 7 initiatives from the clinical ladder application for Clinical Specialist role
  • Complete minimum 10 initiatives from the clinical ladder application for Advanced Clinical Specialist role
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • A minimum of 2 years experience for Advanced Clinician role, 5 years experience for Clinical Specialist role, and 10 years experience for Advanced Clinical Specialist role
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,429, based on national averages for Physical Therapists in the United States. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
